Hi!  If you got here from my main website, rachel-rose.net, you probably already know that I am a massage and manual lymphatic drainage therapist living in Spain.   I am currently studying on a 4-year Yoga teacher training course.  This blog is a collection of reflections and thoughts on the world I live in, mainly focused on complementary health care, Energy, living and raw foods, yoga and organic food.  I like to laugh and have fun, so try to take a lighthearted look at things, but I must admit that sometimes the absurdity and destructiveness of human society gets me down.  However, there is always a silver lining!  My favourite short self-penned poem is “Peace, love and all the stars above.”  I live my life according to this concept that I developed a few years ago:  “If you go for quality, the money will come.  If you go for the money, the quality will never come.”  I know that it doesn’t exactly swing along merrily gramatically, but you get my drift, right?  I try to be impeccable – not perfectionist – and think that all change in the world begins with inner change.  Be the change you want to see.
